Welcome Door Light Projectors: Upgrade Your Car’s Entrance with HD LED Puddle Lights

Why Your Car Deserves Better Than a Dim Factory Door Light

You unlock your car at night. The door opens. A faint yellow glow hits the pavement — if it lights up at all. Now imagine instead: a crisp, high-definition pattern projected onto the ground, welcoming you by name before cycling through custom visuals. That is the difference between a factory puddle light and a proper welcome door light projector.

At Tech Realize, we specialize in one thing: replacing forgettable factory door lights with quartz-glass LED projectors that actually make an impression. No wiring. No drilling. No trips to the shop. Just Plug & Play — you pull the old unit, click ours in, and you are done in under two minutes per door.

Static vs. Dynamic: Which Pattern Belongs on Your Car?

We offer two families of door projectors, and the choice comes down to personality.

LOVE Pattern — Clean, Classic, Universal

BMW LOVE pattern welcome door light projector

The LOVE pattern static projector casts a single, razor-sharp image every time the door opens. Quartz glass optics keep it fade-proof for the life of the car — no plastic film that yellows or blurs after six months. Available for Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Honda Accord, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and Volkswagen. Priced at $49 per door, it is the most affordable way to add a boutique detail to any vehicle.

Dynamic Series — Motion That Turns Heads

The dynamic projector starts with a bright “WELCOME” greeting, then rotates through custom patterns every five seconds. Powered by a 500-lumen LED behind the same quartz glass lens, it is brighter, bolder, and impossible to ignore. After six cycles, the light shuts off automatically — no battery drain, no overheated housing. Sold as a set of two for $79, covering both front doors. Compatible with Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, and Toyota.

Beyond the Door: License Plate Projectors

Door lights get the attention, but a license plate projector is the move if you want road presence. It mounts behind your rear plate and casts a branded pattern onto the ground behind the car. Active while driving as a passive safety accent, it switches off when you lock up. Currently available for Audi A5/A6/A7/Q5/Q7 and Tesla Model 3/Model Y at $69.

What Makes Quartz Glass the Only Right Answer

Most cheap door projectors use a printed plastic film suspended in front of a low-power LED. Heat from the bulb warps the film. UV from daylight fades the print. Within a year, what started as a logo looks like a smudge.

Every Tech Realize projector uses a quartz glass lens with the pattern etched directly into the glass substrate. No film. No fading. The image stays sharp at 500 lumens (dynamic) or the equivalent calibrated output (static), even after years of daily use.

Installation: Two Minutes, No Tools (Seriously)

If you can change a lightbulb, you can install these. Each projector replaces the factory puddle light in the bottom edge of your door panel. Use a flathead screwdriver (or a trim tool if you are particular) to pop the OEM housing free, disconnect the single clip connector, connect ours, and snap it back in. That is it. The projector is vehicle-specific — the housing matches your door contour exactly, so there is no gap, no rattle, and no modification.
